- Confidentiality
- All information given by a client in an individual session with a psychotherapist
is confidential and cannot be revealed to any person or agency without client
release. When it is usefull for Ms. Cales to review specific issues of treatment
with another professional, it will be done in a manner which protects the client's
anonymity.
- There are certain situations in which health care professionals, including
psychotherapists, are required by law to reveal information to others without
client's permission. These situations are:
- If a client intends grave bodily harm to another person; or
- If a client intends grave bodily harm to him/herself; or
- If a court of law issues a court order to reveal information; or
- If a situation of child abuse or abuse of a dependent adult is revealed; or
- If a release of information is provided to report results of evaluations
client attendance or progress, or other pertinent treatment considerations.
- Billing
- $80 for 50 minutes
- $110 for 90 minutes or hypnotherapy
- The client is responsible for payment in full at time of each visit. It is the
client's responsibility to understand his/her insurance and to collect those amounts covered by insurance.
- Because this time has been reserved for the client, missed appointments or
cancelations with less than 48 hours notice may be billed in full.
